Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and digital nature of DashaAstro reports, the following refund policy applies:
1. No Refund After Report Generation
Once a report has been generated and delivered, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
2. Technical Failure
Refunds may be considered only in case of verified technical failure or non-delivery of the report. Requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Incorrect Data Entry
We are not responsible for incorrect birth details entered by users. Refunds will not be issued for user-input errors.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting support may result in suspension of services.
